Warren Buffet is widely regarded as one of the most successful investors in the world, with a wide investment portfolio comprising diverse products such as Apple, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, General Motors, and Bank of America, among many others. His long and lucrative career as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and his famous investment strategy have earned him the nickname “Oracle of Omaha”. It certainly befits him since he is consistently in the top 10 of the World’s Richest People.
However, the most astonishing fact about him is that despite his billion-dollar wealth, he still maintains a very frugal lifestyle. Furthermore, he also joins other notable billionaires such as Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg in an initiative called “The Giving Pledge”. He is reported to have promised to give away 99% percent of his wealth to charitable causes. How’s that for generous? This man is certainly putting his wealth and intelligence to use.
