Glenne Aimee Headly was known for her portrayal of Dick Tracy in the 1988 American comedy Film Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. During her early years, she studied at the Robert Joffrey school of ballet and modern dance at the Martha Graham Studios. The American actress received four Joseph Jefferson Awards, a Theatre World Award, and was the recipient of two Primetime Emmy Award nominations.
She made her final film role in Just Getting Started and in The Circle in 2017 after she passed away on June 8, 2017, at the age of 62 years old. Headly earned 72 acting credits in films, TV, and theater.
