Former American NFL quarterback Elisha Nelson Manning played with the New York Giants for 16 seasons. He is the Giants’ record holder for most touchdown passes, completed passes in a career, and passing yards. He has truly demonstrated durability throughout his career, and never missed a game because of any injury, and was a starting player for 210 games from 2004 to 2017.
Manning is no stranger to recognition and awards as he is given credit for winning two Super Bowls throughout his career and the MVP of Super Bowl XLII. Aside from being a skilled athlete, he is also smart. With a degree in marketing with a GPA of 3.44, Manning earned his place among the most intelligent players in the NFL. He scored 39 out of 50 on an intelligence test utilized by the NFL to evaluate applicants for the draft. His score was nearly twice as high as an average NFL player of 20 to 21.
